Abstract

The present work aims to analyze how a contract of a soccer player is made in detail, both bigger and smaller, in the form that fits in the law 9.615 known as '' Pelé Law '' that governs the contracts of the world of football , it shows the rights that the athlete has before the club and during his professional training when he becomes a professional athlete, the contract of the athlete besides having the rules in law 9.615 she must also respect the Consolidation of the Labor Law aims to clarify the practice of soliciting minors both morally by clubs and equating to human trafficking in situations that leave minors in precarious situations, situations that have already occurred and are still occurring today, and that it is difficult to identify both practices , morally because as the players are usually brokered by entrepreneurs there is a difficulty to identify this enticement, and on the equation of human trafficking in Brazil, the accommodations were greatly improved after unfortunately some incidents occurred and since then there has been an inspection for the clubs to deliver a decent quality home for young people who seek their dream of being a player, the methodology that was used was descriptive, because as the theme is a little complex and due to the current situation of the pandemic moment, research was only available through scientific articles, newspaper articles and the letter of the law itself.
